The Fortune Teller

Materials – a piece of paper, something to write and color with, and scissors

Step One - Fold the paper over like a triangle and cut the extra section off.

Step Two – The paper is now a square. Fold each corner in oward the center. It should look like an envolope.

Step Three – Turn the paper over and do the same as Step Two.

Step Four – Your fortune teller is finished. There are four flaps on the front that you made in Step Two. Put your pointer finger (the one next to the thumb) and the thumb in the flaps.

Step Five – Design your fortune teller! The origanal fortun teller has colors on the outside. On the inside there are eight flaps that you made in Step Three. On those you put numbers. Inside the eight flaps you can put any fortune you choose.

Extra: Try taping papers together to make really BIG fortune tellers. Summer taped twenty pieces of paper together and made one!

  The Paper Clay

Hey there, viewers! This is a great, easy, cheap craft.Have fun!!!!!!!!!

Materials:

1.Paper

2.Sink

3.Strainer (colander)

4.bowl

5.plastic bag

Instructions:

step 1: Get the paper wet, soaking wet.

step 2: Let it soak in the bowl with hot water for 3 minutes.

step 3: Pour the bowl into the strainer,then squeeze all of the water out of the paper mush.When it’s dry, put it into the plastic bag.When you want to use the paper clay,put more hot water in it.You can mold it,let it dry,and then you’d have a sculpture!!!!But BEWARE of water,because whenever paper clay touches it, it turns to mush.

 Extra: If you want, try putting paint into it.Tye-dye will look really cool!!!!!

Juice Pops

Ingrediants

1. juic box/pouch or juice in a cup

2. a freezer

Get the juice and let it stay in the freezer for a day. The next day you can take it out and eat it like a popsicale!!!

 The Beanbag Chair

Materials:

a large sack/ trash bag/ santa claus sack

lots of packing peanuts

What to do:

Fill your bag with packing peanuts and close it. It’s that easy! Bonus: Try to use REAL peanuts (well, if your parentslet you…)

The Net

Do you light catching lightning bugs and butterflies? I know I do, but I don’t like catching them in my bare hands, so I made THE HOMEMADE NET!! Here’s how:

Materials:

1) plastic bag

2) clothe’s hanger
What to do:

Use tape to stick the bag to the border of the hanger. It’s that easy! Also, you could get a stick and tape it to the handle of the hanger, then you’d have a BIG butterfly net!
